The Academy of the Holy Cross welcomes Emma Hart as our new Admissions Director. Ms. Hart received her Master of Arts in Education from University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign and her Bachelor of Arts degree in History with a minor in Secondary Social Studies Education from Wake Forest University. For the past four years she served as the Upper School Admissions Associate at Charles E. Smith Jewish Day School. While there she managed the CESJDS presence at community activities, organized recruitment events, served as the point person for prospective families and applicants through the admissions process, and coordinated with the entire JK-12 Admissions team and Institutional Advancement office to reach under-served markets and support current markets. Ms. Hart also taught for three years in the West Morris Regional High School District in New Jersey. She has also served as an English tutor for recent immigrants to the United States at the Washington English Center. We are pleased to have Ms. Hart join the Academy's Admissions team.
